  • how self-betrayal keeps capable women small

  • the difference between safety, comfort, and expansion

  • repairing trust with your voice, needs, and desires

This is where you start stabilise to and build.

 

Part 3  - The Expansion

Becoming the woman who can hold the business you dream of.

You’ll be guided into:

  • why expansion requires capacity, not force
  • the identity shift from helper → embodied leader

  • what it takes to hold more visibility, money, and responsibility

  • relating to desire without collapse or self-sabotage

The thing people get wrong is dreaming bigger without having the capacity within themselves to actually be available for more.
