My own work was never created by choosing between being a psychologist, healer, spiritual guide, mentor or creative.
It came from meeting all of those parts.
From meeting the parts of myself I had learnt to repress, minimise or make more palatable.
From allowing spirituality, psychology, creativity, sensuality, leadership and healing to exist in the same room.
And from becoming willing to create work that looked like me.
This is the work we are going to explore together.

You will move through embodied practices that connect you to what you actually want to create, not the version of it that feels acceptable. You will meet the fear that lives in the body and learn to move with it rather than waiting for it to disappear. And you will leave with a clarity about your medicine that no qualification has ever given you - because it was already yours.
